“ Roccas Meat Market is awesome! I bought a 9 Lb beef short ribs plate, smoked for 5 hours, was the best meat I ever smoked... and I smoke a lot of meat. Soft juicy tender explodes with flavor in your mouth. Yum! ”

I had no idea about their selections of wine, excellent produce, locally baked products, etc. and a wonderful, warm staff. The steak I bought, a New York strip was pretty much the best steak Ive ever had. The freshest asparagus. Local homemade biscotti. And a great bottle of Bernardus Chardonnay already chilled! Way better than Whole Foods and or Lunardis, Zannotos the options I have in San Jose. I would love to have a market like this near me. It will definitely be worth a trip just to buy a steak once in a while. ”
